The Pak Loaders app — common questions
Is the Pak Loaders app free for customers?
Yes. Downloading, posting a shifting and booking a transporter cost nothing. Pak Loaders' 5% commission is paid by the transporter who wins the job, not by you.
What is the difference between posting on this website and in the app?
On the website a Pak Loaders representative collects the transporters' rates and confirms the best one with you on WhatsApp. In the app the bids come straight to you: you compare them, ask the bidders questions, hold or book a rate yourself, and the transporter's number opens after booking. Both go to the same network of verified transporters — choose whichever suits you.
Who bids on my shifting?
Only transporters and packers & movers who have been verified by the Pak Loaders team — CNIC and company proof, checked by hand. Every bid shows the bidder's completed jobs, rating and cancellations.
Will transporters call me after I post?
No. Phone numbers stay hidden on both sides until you accept a bid. Before that, questions and answers happen inside the app.
Can I use the app in Urdu?
Yes. One tap switches the whole app between Urdu and English — screens, buttons and notifications.
Which phones does the app work on?
Android phones, through the Google Play Store. It is built to work on low-cost phones and to be light on mobile data. If you do not want to install an app, post your shifting on this website instead — the same transporters quote it.
