- Step 1
A quote from photos
Send photos or a short video of each room on WhatsApp, with both addresses, the floors and your date. The price you get back is fixed — for most homes no visit is needed.
- Step 2
Packing day
The crew arrives with cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film and blankets. Beds, wardrobes and tables are dismantled, fragile things are wrapped one at a time, and every box is labelled by room.
- Step 3
Loading and the road
Heavy furniture goes in first and is tied down, boxes fill in around it. On an intercity move the load is secured for the whole journey and you are kept updated on WhatsApp.
- Step 4
Unloading and placement
Everything is carried to the room on its label, furniture is reassembled, and you point to where it goes.
