Delete your Pak Loaders account

You can ask us to delete your Pak Loaders account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to do it and exactly what happens to your information.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — By email

Send an email to pakloaders@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my Pak Loaders account”. Include the phone number you registered with so we can verify it is you.

We confirm receipt within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Option 2 — On WhatsApp

Message us at +92 309 8791041 from your registered number and ask for your account to be deleted.

What gets deleted

Your name, phone number and email address
Your CNIC number and any KYC or verification images you uploaded
Your profile, role, verification status and ratings
Loads you posted and bids you placed
Photos you uploaded (packing photos, proof of delivery, payment receipts)
Your saved addresses and notification history
Push notification tokens and device identifiers

What we are required to keep

Pakistani tax and accounting law requires us to retain certain financial records even after an account is closed. These records are separated from your profile and are not used to contact you or to build any profile of you.

Records of completed transactions

Deal amount, date, route and commission — kept for up to 24 months to meet tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Unresolved disputes or claims

If a dispute, cancellation claim or unsettled payment is open on your account, the related records are kept until it is closed.

Good to know

Deleting your account is permanent. It cannot be undone, and your ratings and history cannot be restored.
If you have an active load, an accepted deal or an open payment, we will contact you to close it out first. Your deletion request is not cancelled while this happens.
Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle, so residual copies are fully gone within 90 days.
