Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Pak Loaders app and website collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and how long we keep it. It applies to the PakLoaders mobile app and to pakloaders.com.

Who we are
Pak Loaders - Packers & Movers operates a marketplace that connects packers-and-movers agents who need goods transported with verified transport companies who carry them. We are based in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan, and we are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at pakloaders@gmail.com or +92 309 8791041.
What we collect and why
Account details
Your name, mobile number, email address and city. Collected when you create an account so posters and transporters can be identified and contacted after a deal is agreed.
Identity and verification documents
Your CNIC number, photographs of your CNIC, and (for transporters) your bilty or company proof. Required to verify that every partner on the marketplace is a real, traceable business. Stored privately and shown only to the Pak Loaders verification team.
Load and bid information
Pickup and drop-off cities and addresses, shifting dates, vehicle and service requirements, floors, truck access, notes, budgets, the bids you place and the deals you accept.
Photographs you upload
Packing photos and videos, proof-of-delivery photographs, payment receipts and cancellation evidence.
Payment records
Deal amounts, agreed advances, commission charges, cancellation charges and the payment references you enter. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank credentials — payments are made directly between you and Pak Loaders by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.
Device and notification data
A push notification token so we can alert you about new loads, bids and payments, plus basic device identifiers needed to deliver those notifications.
Ratings and activity
Your rating, completed deal count, verification status and account activity on the marketplace.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your precise GPS location. The app records only the city and address text you type yourself.
- We do not collect card numbers, CVV codes or online banking credentials.
- We do not read your contacts, SMS messages, call logs or files outside the photos you choose to upload.
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
The other party in a confirmed deal
Once a booking is CONFIRMED, your name and mobile number are shown to the other side so the move can actually happen. Before confirmation, identities stay hidden — bids are anonymous by design.
Google Firebase
Our app runs on Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage and push notifications). Data is processed on Google's infrastructure under Google's security and privacy terms.
The Pak Loaders team
Our verification and support staff can see your KYC documents, deals and payment records in order to verify accounts, release payments and settle disputes. Every back-office action is logged against the staff member who performed it.
Where the law requires it
We disclose information if we are legally obliged to, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or protect the safety of our users.
How long we keep it
While your account is open
Profile, verification, loads, bids and deal history are kept for as long as your account is active, so you and your trading partners have a reliable record.
After you delete your account
Personal data is deleted within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle and residual copies are gone within 90 days.
Financial records
Deal amount, date, route and commission are retained for up to 24 months to meet Pakistani tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, then deleted or anonymised. These are separated from your profile and are not used to contact you.
How we protect it
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on Google Firebase. Access rules restrict what each account can read: your CNIC number and verification images are held in a private area that other users can never see, and contact details are revealed to the other party only after a booking is confirmed. Back-office access is limited to authorised Pak Loaders staff and every action is recorded in an audit log.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate — you can edit most profile fields in the app yourself.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.
- Withdraw permission for push notifications, from your phone's settings or by turning them off in the app.

Children
Pak Loaders is a business-to-business service for transport companies and relocation agents. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.
